Stock supply/ Availability is subject to our stock or supplier stock and is subject to availability. There
maybe a delay in supply if we do not have the item in stock.
Cancellation Of Order After Receiving Goods . If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason you
may cancel your contract.
If you wish to cancel please contact us in writing or email within 7 working days of receiving the
goods. You will have to return the goods to us at your own risk & expense. Please note This does
not include personalized items or made to measure. Please note in purchasing PACKAGE DEALS
if any part of a package is returned as unwanted the remaining parts of
the package will be calculated at full RRP . We will refund you in full within 30 days including
outward postage if applicable. Please Note you are required to take reasonable care of the product
whilst it is in your care. If the item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition we reserve the right to
withhold partial refund payment fordamage caused. Or if items are damaged beyond sale we will
return the items to you For your peace of mind we would advise sending the items back through a
secure means of transport. A COPY OF THE RECEIPT IS REQUIRED.
To speed up the returns process
We ask you to return all items within 7days of purchaseincluding your name, address & daytime contact number. This helps us to help you. You will not be
given a refund after this timescale. Carriage & Delivery
Carriage charges carriage & packaging to the mainland uk is free when purchased from our
website www.justwatersports.com . A complete order total of £29 is the minimum order amount we
will ship free of charge to mainland uk . All postage costs under £29 will be charged at cost.
Ireland & UK islands maybe subject to extra charges & we will inform you of the charge prior to
despatch of your items.
The posting & packaging is charged at cost to the customer. Delivery : All large & high value
consignments are sent by courier. Either Interlink or Business Post All smaller low end value items
are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. ALL items need a signature on delivery. Business Post &
Interlink deliver between 8.30am – 5.30pm weekdays. Addresses cannot be changed when the
item has left our warehouse.
We arrange automatically to leave items with a neighbour or we can deliver to a works address if
required. Items left safe can only be done so if the Customer takes responsibility for loss or
damage. Business Post will attempt delivery ONCE for a home delivery. If you do not respond to a
“carding” The item
could be returned to me as a failed delivery. After 5 days there will be a charge made for
unsuccessful delivery/ returned items to LSR Leisure after reasonable attempts for delivery have
been made. Automated attempted redelivery Will not be made.
Faulty Goods / DVDs
In the event of failure of a product please let us know as soon as is possible, we can then consider
your claim. We request a digital image sent via email or mobile phone of the damaged area. On
our instruction we will then require you to cut up the item & send a further email. We can then,
subject to a successful warranty claim send the new part to you. There maybe a delay in spare
parts being supplied from the manufacturer. Please note we will require the photo of the destroyed
item sent prior to delivery of your new item. Alternatively if this is not possible a deposit of £50 is
required. Apologies this is due to Theft by certain Customers.
We do not warranty DEMO, SECOND HAND, AUCTION or commercial use items. PLEASE note
we do not accept DVD/ Software returns unless faulty. All our policies are in addition to your legal
rights which may include the right to claim compensation, repair,
replacement or a refund. Please Note European Orders will be charged at time of order.
Wakeboards which have been used on sliders and kickers are not covered under general warranty,
however each individual case will be assessed if manufacturing faults occur.
